SunnyNest Homes: Who We Are
We founded SunnyNest Homes as a way to help landowners sell their unwanted vacant, bare, and/or raw land.
Many of the lots we buy are in rural, or undeveloped areas, making them hard to sell through traditional methods. However, we are interested in all types of land; rural, suburban, and even commercial… we will make an offer on almost any lot, helping you to get the cash you need for other investments.
SunnyNest Homes is based in San Diego, CA. However, we are currently buying land throughout the United States and specifically…
Mohave County, AZ
Yavapai County, AZ and other Arizona Counties
San Bernardino County, CA and other California Counties
Okeechobee County, FL and other Florida Counties
Teller County, CO and other Colorado Counties
How We Work With Property Owners
At the end of the day, our mission is to help put vacant land into peoples’ hands who are able to use them for their best and highest use. Working with both landowners and land buyers every day, we love to help you as the landowner turn your unwanted land into cash that you can put to better use elsewhere. And we love working with land buyers to help your vision come to life with that new piece of land.
We look forward to working with you and are here for any questions at all!

Our Principle Team
SunnyNest Land LLC is a family-operated business located in San Diego, CA. Here’s a little bit about each.

After a career in film and then marketing, Ed got into real estate after helping Realtors, real estate agents, brokers, and more real estate professionals with their digital marketing because he saw the long-term benefits of investing in real estate.
Ed is also an avid surfer, proud USC Trojan, and native San Diegan who loves all types of movies but especially those of Scorcese, Spielberg, Zemeckis, and Tarantino.

Like a lot of professionals, Deborah started investing in real estate after watching the “fix-n-flip” TV shows on HGTV and other channels. She saw that she could be rewarded for fixing up houses and selling them to buyers who love her work.
Deborah is also a proud USC Trojan who loves her two dogs, Kona and Veda (that’s Kona in the pic to the left), and the San Diego Padres. Plus, she has a background in anthropology and teaching.

Donna got into real estate after a high school teaching career because Ed and Deborah encouraged her to try it out. Plus, she’s also a fan of real estate shows like Holmes on Homes, Flip or Flop, and Property Brothers.
Donna is a proud Mustang (Cal Poly San Luis Obispo) and mother of two. She loves helping other people and her favorite movies consist of E.T., Shawshank Redemption, and Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. (“Who are those guys?”)
